Feb 6 - 7, 2017 Imam Hussein Holy Shrine participated in Geneva Call conference held in Najaf City. The conference was held under the title of “Protecting civilians is a humanitarian, legal, and religious necessity.”
Important issues were presented such as ISIS’s violence and brutality against children and how they taught children violence and killing, in addition to unmasking other ISIS’s crimes committed against innocent civilians.
Imam Hussein Holy Shrine showed the vital role of the Popular Mobilization Forces, and displayed videos showing their humanitarian aspects they demonstrated towards the civilians, displaced families, and the poor.
