The Imam Hussein Holy Shrine has announced the upcoming opening of a new pilgrim mini-city, named Sayyid El-Ewsya.
The mini-city is 22 acres, has halls, residential complexes, and VIP buildings for pilgrims to rest in. It has been erected and equipped with the modern technologies.
The purpose of erecting such mini-cities is to accommodate as many pilgrims as possible during major pilgrimages when millions of people come to make a pilgrimage to Imam Hussein (Peace Be Upon Him).
