Sunnie Muslim and mosque director - Los Angeles- U.S.: Es-Systani unified Iraqis

Mohammed Akber Khan, a Sunnie Muslim director of a mosque in Los Angeles– America, ascribed the unity of Iraqi people to the major role of the Shia Islamic Supreme Religious Authority, his Eminence sayyid Ali Es-Systani in defending all the elements of Iraqi people. He also said, “We affirm the necessity of the unity of Muslims and overlooking the differences spread by the enemies of Islam”.

Coinciding with the arrival of Khan, a delegation from Britain, including Mehd Edhmi (previous commander in the Malaysian army) and the journalist Collin Baten from IBTIMES British newspaper, led by sheikh Mohammed Umer, director of Ramadhan British Foundation, also arrived at the Imam Hussein Holy Shrine. They came to acquaint themselves with the status quo of Iraq, to prove the reality that Iraqi people are unified, and to shed light upon the crimes committed by the IS.
