Amidst joyful moments prevailed every corner of the Imam Hussein Holy Shrine, where adorers of Ahlul-Bayet (Peace Be Upon Them) exchanging reciprocal congratulations, the Adornment Department of the Imam Hussein Holy Shrine decorated the lattice-enclosed tomb of Imam Hussein (Peace Be Upon Him) with unique natural flowers, on the delightful occasion of Ghadeer Khum Eid; a day when the Prophet Mohammed (Allah’s Peace & Blessings Be Upon Him & His Pure Lineage) publicly appointed Imam Ali bin Abi Talib (Peace Be Upon Him) as the successive caliph after him.
It’s been mentioned that more than 100 types of flowers in the area which is between the Imam Hussein and the El-Abas Holy Shrines were replaced with new ones.
