The Secretary-General of the Imam Hussein Holy Shrine, His Eminence, sheikh Abdul-Mehdi El-Kerbala’i, highly praised the Imam Hussein scout team for signing a common cooperation agreement with the Imam El-Mehdi Lebanese scout team.
The Lebanese scout team was invited to visit the Imam Hussein Holy Shrine, and when they responded to the invitation and came, they discussed the common cooperation matter and then signed an agreement accordingly.
The agreement is valid for 5 years, and is renewable. It includes educational; cultural; and experiences exchanging, cross-fertilizing thoughts, sending delegations to each other’s country, and conducting scouting campings. This program will support the two scout teams to be open to other scout teams from other countries around the world.
