The secretariats-General of the Imam Hussein Holy Shrine and the El-Abbas Holy Shrine have rewarded some elderly warriors of the Iraq’s army; those who have sincerely complied with the call to pick up arms -ruled by the Islamic Supreme Religious Authority – to fight against the ISIS, with a medal of honor and a sum of money.
