In commemoration of the martyrdom of Lady Ruqaiya, daughter of Imam Hussein, (Peace Be Upon Them), a mourning procession of more than 200 students from Ruqaiya and Ali El-Esgher schools – that belong to the office of the Shia Muslim Supreme Religious Authority sayyid Ali Es-Sistani – marched to Imam Hussein Shrine and then to El-Abbas Shrine.
All the students participated carried pictures of their fathers; those who laid down their lives in order to defend Iraq and the sacrosanct, reiterating Husseinian sayings of wisdom.
