In cooperation with El-Ein Foundation, Diyala City, El-Hawra Center of the Imam Hussein Holy Shrine has organized a festival in which a great number of female orphans have been honored and rewarded.
Such a festival is regularly held to honor the young women; those who have attained puberty.
El-Ein Foundation, sponsored by the Shia Supreme religious Authority, supports many orphans and needy families inside and outside of Iraq.
The festival came within a series of activities held by the El-Hawra Center and other foundations and centers sponsoring orphans.
