The Imam Hussein Holy Shrine participated in a book fair, within the activities of the Imam Ali Festival held in India. The festival was held under the title of, “Imam Ali (Peace Be Upon Him) is the repository of knowledge of the Messenger of Allah and the gateway to his wisdom”. The stand of the Imam Hussein Holy Shrine displayed a great variety of books within the fields of the Islamic jurisprudence of social communication, jurisprudence of medicine, the veil of woman, merits of the soil of Kerbala City, in addition to other books in Urdu and English. The book fair also witnessed displaying pictures, delivering lectures, holding evening sessions for Quran recitation, in addition to some educational and intellectual competitions.
