Sheikh Abdul-Mehdi El-Kerbala’e, Representative of the Islamic Supreme Religious Authority, delivered the directives of His Eminence sayyid Ali Es-Systani, the Islamic Supreme Religious Authority, during the operations of liberating Falouja City, Mosul City, and Kirkuk City.
Some of the directives indicated the necessity of being obligated to the ethics of Jihad (struggle against the unjust) even with non-Muslims, not exceeding the proper limits, not betraying anyone, not killing any aged people or a woman or a child, not cutting any tree unless it is necessary.
