El-Kerbala'e: no procrastination or temporization accepted, and doctors must urgently be protected

Nov 11, 2015. Second part of the Friday's Sermon held at the Imam Hussein Holy Shrine, the representative of the Islamic Supreme Religious Authority and the preacher of the Friday's Sermon in Kerbala, His Eminence sheikh Abdul-Mehdi El-Kerbala'e stressed that the Iraqi government mustn’t exploit the decreasing pressure of Iraqis on them and fail the reformation process with procrastination and temporization on the pretext of compliance with the constitutional and legal path because the reformation process requires serious determination and faithful will to be achieved.

Concerning extorting money from Iraqi doctors and blackmailing them, His Eminence urgently called for taking procedures to protect the doctors from such phenomenon and prosecuting the offenders, in addition to asking for cooperation from the wise and rational of the tribes to confront such issues that may be ascribed to defamation of the customs.

He also called doctors to be more cooperative with the patients, taking into consideration the paramilitaries who are stationed to fight the terrorist ISIS. He added that doctors should respond to their country’s need to them nowadays and forget about migrating to other countries.
