Through coordination with El-Kawthar Islamic University of Pakistan, the Imam Hussein Holy Shrine along with other Holy Shrines of Iraq launched the Second Cultural Week in the Pakistani capital Islamabad.
The event witnessed the attendance and participation of numerous Religious Authority Representatives, Clerics, representatives from various political parties, and University professors.
This occasion began with a mesmerizing recitation of the Noble Quran then a speech by Sheikh Muhsin En-Najafi, the representative of the Islamic Supreme Religious Authority in Pakistan; where he commended the establishment of this event.
In addition, En-Najafi honored the efforts and accomplishments of the Holy Shrine which seeks to insure the highest level of satisfaction and comfort of the pilgrims who arrive at the city of Kerbala; especially during heavy pilgrimages.
