The Holy Quran Department of the Imam Hussain Holy Shrine launched its first set of courses in the Indonesian Capital Jakarta, which are dedicated to teach participants the proper teachings and recitation of the Holy Quran. 23 students from across the country participated along with fourteen teachers from various Indonesian Religious Schools and Foundations attended these sessions with the motive of enhancing their Quranic knowledge and skills. It is also important to note that the Holy Shrine accommodated the living expenses and transportation for the participated individuals.
