The Iraqi population from the Swedish capital Stockholm along with the rest of the millions of pilgrims challenged all the hardships to visit the Holy Shrine of Imam Hussein (Peace Be Upon Him). Sayyed Ali Mohammad Faris, Head of the Swedish procession in Kerbala City states that procession began is Sweden then transformed their efforts to Kerbala city approximately 10 year ago. "The procession began in Kerbala with the help of only five people. Now there are tens of people helping out and providing services for the pilgrims in 6-7 different places along the road, and inside Kerbala city." Faris further states that every year there are close to 80,000 people march in the capital city (Stockholm) carrying banners expressing a brief story of Imam Hussein (Peace Be Upon Him).
