In commemoration of Imam Es-Sajjad (Peace Be Upon Him), and continuation of the religious and moral heritage, the Public Relations Department of the Imam Hussein Holy Shrine initiated its first International Conference under the title of "Sajjadia Recitation." The motive behind this initiative is to seek to construct the human civilization by excluding all acts of extremism and violence. Sayyed Jamal Esh-Shahristani, head of the preparatory committee stated that part of the preparations for the conference is the release of bibliographic brochures and books revolving around the life of Imam Es-Sajjad (Peace Be Upon Him). It was further stated that more than 35,000 copies of the "Treatise of Right" by Imam Es-Sajjad (Peace Be Upon Him) is now available in Iraq, Lebanon, United States, and Tunisia. It is also interesting to note that special guests from the United Nations and Human Rights Watch will attend the conference which will be held from the 18th until the 20th of November 2014.
