On the occasion of the birthday of Imam Er-Ridha (Peace Be Upon Him), a Mandaean woman embraced Islam in the Imam Hussein Holy Shrine. She mentioned the reasons why she embraced Islam, saying, "I'm from Baghdad. Our neighbor was a goldsmith who married my sister; he and his family embraced Islam, and that drew my attention. In addition, I used to attend sermons on Ahlul-Bayte (Peace Be Upon Them), and all that made me spiritually close to Islam and the path of Ahlul-Bayte (Peace Be UponThem)." She said further that she used to offer pilgrimages to Ahlul-Bayte (Peace Be Upon Them) at their Holy Shrines, and therefore she witnessed many miracles by having some of her dreams come true. Islam is the religion of peace, and the Almighty Allah created the humans with the mind that can innately recognize that. Therefore, those who embrace Islam should have realized its positives.
