Thursday 17 July 2014, the Imam Hussein and the El-Abbas Holy Shrines witnessed three great occasions: the night of Quran revelation, the night of Thursday; very blessed night, and the commemoration of the martyrdom of Imam Ali (Peace Be Upon Him); such martyrdom embodies that the pillars of guidance are subverted. Thousands of people flocked into the Holy Shrines so as to offer their rituals and prayers. Heartfelt tears shed, mixed with supplications to the Almighty Allah during such a night, where people commemorate and remember the tragic martyrdom of Imam Ali (Peace Be Upon Him), seeking bless during such a night; when the Noble Quran had been revealed and heavens are open to hear any prayer.
