A top official delegation, formed by the Imam Hussein and the El_Abbas Holy Shrines visited the families who lost their loved ones during the war against the ISIS in Samerra' city. The visit was on psyching up those families and consoling them. It also was about establishing constant communication between the Secretariats-General of the Imam Hussein and the El-Abbas Holy Shrines and those families, in terms of easing the burden on those bereaved people.
