The Secretary-General of the Imam Hussein Holy Shrine, Sheikh Abd El-Mahdi El-Karbela'i has opened the 10th Universal Book Fair of Karbala Center. The Major of Karbala and other Islamic representatives and representatives of El-Abbas have also participated in the opening ceremony that was held in the nave of Zaynab (Peace be upon her). The Secretary-General has stated that the book fair will be a great way of raising awareness and develop the reading and understanding skill of the reader. It is also interesting to note, that the book fair is a part of the 10th International Cultural Conference on Martyrdom Spring. Hence, it will be one of the significant programs of the conference.
