Delegations from around the globe have begun to arrive to Karbala City for the 10th International Cultural Conference of Martyrdom Spring, that will take place from the 3rd of Sha'ban up until the 7th.The first group arrived yesterday representing the Islamic Republic of Iran; specifically the Holy Shrine of Imam Ridha (Peace Be Upon Him).It is also interesting to note that there will also be numerous programs; such as book fair, Quran recitations and poem presentations, running during the four days.
