The Center of Studies and Researches of the Imam Hussein Holy Shrine has signed a memorandum with the state consultative council of the Islamic Republic of Iran, located in Tehran to strengthen the relation between the two sides.Furthermore, the studies and researches committee seeks to reinforce the relation between the intellectual, cultural, and research aspects. It is also interesting to note, that Ebd El-Emeer El-Quraishy has traveled to several countries that sustain numerous magnificent libraries that withstand manuscripts concerning Kerbala City.
