The final blueprint for the new project of building a media and administrative complex for departments of the Imam Hussein Holy Shrine. It will be located approximately 200 meters from the Imam Hussein Holy Shrine. The whole building has nine floors, in addition to two floors of basements. A parking lot will be built by a German company. It also has a guest house for the delegations, as well as a large dining hall; which takes 300 seats. An auditorium for 500 individuals will be built.
