Noticeable paces and persisting work has been being performed to achieve a unique hospital namely: "Khatem El-Enbeya" for treating heart diseases and cancer. The hospital is located in Kerbala province, and 25% has been achieved till this moment. The hospital consists of two buildings; one covers 3500 2m, which is for treatment and the other building covers 1500 2m, which has a parking lot and facilities that belong to the hospital services. The total cost of the whole project is approximately 48 million dollars.
