Due to receiving so many important figures from all over the world, the Imam Hussein Holy Shrine has begun to build El-Warith Guest House in order to host the guests who come to Kerbala, from inside and outside Iraq.The complex has 18 floors and is 75 meters high. It is being achieved by IDEA International Lebanese Company and HOOPS HILGENDORFF German Company, and the achieving company is CCI.The project covers a 80000 square meter piece of land, and the area built covers 57000. The time limit of the project is 24 months, and the cost is approximately 120 million dollars.
