The engineering staff of the Imam Hussein Holy Shrine has begun building the El-Ferdose Residential Complex, in terms of decreasing overpopulation. Such a great experience is for facilitating housing people. The complex is consisted of seven buildings, each one is consisted of sixteen stories. It is located 1150 meters from the El-Abba Holy Shrine. The project is now being carried out by the Imam Hussein Holy Shrine, in cooperation with the Stratose Iranian Company.
