El-Kerbala'i Calls for Obtaining the Electronic Voting Card, & for Maintaining the Educational Level of Iraq

Jan 24, 2014. Second part of the Friday Sermon held in the Imam Hussein holy shrine, the representative of the Islamic Supreme Religious Authority and the preacher of the Friday Sermon in Kerbala city, his eminence Sheikh Abdul Mehdi El-Kerbala'i described the electronic voting card as being the right of voting for the citizens. He said that it would also ensure a firm process for the voters in the coming elections which should be different than the previous one when people did not find their names to vote. His eminence called the Higher Electoral Commission for facilitating getting the electronic voting card for the Iraqi people. He welcomed nullifying the Saturday as a day-off, and making it a day on which it is officially worked in order to compensate the educational imbalance in terms of kissing lessons due to the short period of time. He added that the educational process should be diagnosed by eliminating the faults and unnecessary elements in addition to solving the problems that the educational process faces. He concluded saying that the educational system should be highly respected and therefore, everything should be facilitated to it and no politician has the right to interfere in such a system as long as education is the path in which all generations go through towards developing our country.
