Second part of the Friday Sermon held in the Imam Hussein holy shrine, the representative of the Islamic Supreme Religious Authority and the preacher of the Friday Sermon in Kerbala city, his eminence Sheikh Abdul Mehdi El-Kerbala'i said that services providers and pilgrims of Imam Hussein represented the best examples of sacrifice and self-abnegation of the path of Imam Hussein (PBUH).He added that mass media broadcast scenes that are unbelievable, especially when providing services for the pilgrims in a very cold weather. So many stories annually occur during the season of offering pilgrimage to Imam Hussein (PBUH), and a very remarkable story might be mentioned which was about the true sacrifice the adorers of Ahlul-Bayt (PBUT) make, when an old man who owns a house, let his house be filled with pilgrims where there was no room for him to stay home overnight, and even a pilgrim pleaded him to enter the house but he refused, saying, "Consoling the atrocities that afflicted Ahlul-Bayt (PBUT), I will not enter my house to stay in, and leave it for pilgrims to be comfortable."His eminence presented the thanking letter of the Islamic Supreme Religious Authority in which they thanked all people who provided any kind of services, such as employees, security forces, volunteers, …etc He extended his congratulations to the Christians on the Christmas Day when the birthday of Jesus was. He called the parliament for activating the suspended legislations concerning the pension and the new hierarchy payment system, in addition to the budget which should be processed as soon as possible due to some political parties struggle to obstruct it.
