Millions of people came to Imam Hussein in order to offer their rituals and prayers. Most people came on foot seeking the best divine recompense. The Secretaries-General of the Imam Hussein and the El-Abbas Holy Shrine named the Imam Hussein's 40th memorial as "The season of commemorating Imam Hussein's 40th memorial" due to the enormous number of Muslims coming from all over the world.It's been mentioned that pilgrims walked for about 20 days to reach Imam Hussein and his brother El-Abbas (PBUT). It is easily realized that the season gathers different people of different ages and religions. Aged people, young people, children, and handicapped ones come on foot, participate with their rituals, offer free services to other pilgrims…etc.Along 1375 years since the martyrdom of Imam Hussein (PBUH), people have been varying and increasing the free services to the pilgrims in terms of implying with the seeking victory shouts by Imam Hussein (PBUH).
