Imam Hussein Scout installed facilities on the roads to Kerbala in order to serve pilgrims who come on foot to commemorate the Imam Hussein's 40th memorial.It has been mentioned that some of the services they offer were three meals to more 1500 people and medical detachment in cooperation with the Health Care Office of Kerbala.Scout also provides pilgrims with places to stay overnight.
