Second part of the Friday Sermon held in the Imam Hussein holy shrine, the representative of the Islamic Supreme Religious Authority and the preacher of the Friday Sermon in Kerbala city, his eminence his eminence Sayed Ahmed Es-Safi wondered if the rain was bounty or resentment? Who is responsible for some crises occurred because of rain, and houses flooded, in addition to the delay of work of so many state offices?He also mentioned that the rate of rain was more than it had been previously. He then said, "Due to the inconsistent rate of rain, urgent solutions have to be adopted as soon as possible."He also mentioned that it was a natural increase of rain which Iraq is not used to receive it due to incomplete projects of sewerage. He said further, "The families who left their own houses due to the flow of rain, now have no place to stay in. it is a very common and social issue. His eminence extended his thankfulness to the authorities that took part in decreasing the damage of rain. He mentioned, "People now wish they wouldn't vote for the candidates due to no service fulfillment carried out. But, still the participation in the election is the best act of protection for Iraqi people."He added that if an official failed to fulfill his goals, he should be able to successfully fulfill them in the coming election.
