Early in the morning of the tenth day of Ashura, thousands of people gathered in the Imam Hussein Holy Shrine in order to commemorate and listen to the story of the martyrdom of Imam Hussein (PBUH). The whole story was delivered by Sheikh Abdul Emeer El-Mensuri, in which he mentioned the tragic events of the tenth day of Ashura, 61 A.H.The tenth of Ashuran was the day when the Mohammedian army represented and led by Imam Hussein (PBUH) and the disbelieving army met and fiercely fought, where even the companions of Imam Hussein demonstrated the bravery itself on the battle field.He also clarified the attitude of Imam Hussein then, as well as the aims of the Husseinian immortal revolution. Also, he mentioned the cruelty and malice of the enemy where they even aggressively tortured the children of Imam Hussein as well as the Imam and his family (PBUT). Such a revolution shall remain forever struggling with the history by not being waned but being increasingly instilled and more manifested to the entire world.
