In response to an invitation directed by Babylon Province, a delegation of the Imam Hussein holy shrine attends to discuss thoughts & joint projects

A delegation of the Imam Hussein holy shrine has attended a conference in response to an invitation directed by the governor of Babylon Province Mr. Sadiq Medlul, in order to discuss some important issues concerning developing the services offered to the pilgrims of Imam Hussein and El-Abbas holy shrines due to the importance of Babylon Province in terms of receiving millions of pilgrims who come through it to Kerbala holy city.The delegation included Mr. ALi Kadhim Sultan, the head of the Media Department, Mr. Jamal Ed-Deen Esh-shehristani, the head of the Relations Department, in addition to some remarkable figures and journalists. The delegation has presented the future plans, and service and intellectual projects inside and outside Kerbala Province. The governor of Babylon Province expressed his thankfulness to the Secretariat-General of the Imam Hussein holy shrine for being well-versed in achieving such service projects, and which also represents the Husseinian revivalism through such offers it makes. He also confirmed that Babylon Province is always willing to assist the Imam Hussein holy shrine to facilitate any obstacles might be faced.Maitham Abud, the head of the Electronic Media confirmed that the governor of Babylon Province handed over approximately a 60 000 square meters land to Mr. Jamal Ed-Deen Esh-shehristani, for the project of a city of pilgrims determined to be constructed in Babylon Province, in addition to offering any kind of assistance to the personnel of the Imam Hussein holy shrine in order to achieve the project at the best level.
