Shaeikh El-Kerbala'i, stirs the governorate councils to conduct talks based on standards

June 14, 2013. Second part of the Friday sermon held in the Imam Hussein holy shrine, the representative of the supreme religious authority and the preacher of the Friday sermon in Kerbala city, his eminence Sheikh Abdul Mehdi El-Kerbala’i, mentioned what happened with the politicians in Kurdistan region and before that in Baghdad. His eminence called the governorate councils for holding peaceful talks where a decision should be reached considerately in order to ensure better situation in the country. His eminence shed light upon the important role of disseminating culture and patriotism among Muslims all over the world and especially in Iraq. He said further that the previously elected local governments should appoint the most qualified officials to important and sensitive positions according to the integrity, capability and the international standards. His eminence clarified to the blocs that the Iraqi citizens had elected you expressing their willingness and hope that those blocs would fulfill a promising future in order to live a better life.His eminence concluded by mentioning the, "Cleanliness must be one of the priorities for the citizens and the government as it is for many countries around the world. Cleanliness has a great role which affects positively the human psychology and reflects a nice appearance about the people where they live in tidy environment. We might need to view what Islam told us "Cleanliness is next to Godliness" So, based on such a directive quote, each citizen should take care of the purity and cleanliness of his house then the environment around, such as streets, schools, stores, ETC…" Translated by: Mohammed Jasim
