The General-Secretariat of the Imam Hussein holy shrine Shaikh Abdul Mahdi El-Kerbala'i inaugurated Ms. Ruqaiya (p.b.u.h) Orphan School located approximately 5 KM from Kerbala' holy city downtown. The ceremony attended by many scholars and political figures. El-Kerbala'i in his speech he delivered asked the educational systems to take care of the psychological aspect for the orphans by having psychiatrists in their system to interact with the orphans in order to solve their problems or to help them in their hopes. His eminence also emphasized the necessity of building the character of the orphan for being a distinctly important element to relieve them.By: Mohammed Jasim
