The Quran House of the Imam Hussein holy shrine holds Quranic morning ceremonies. It aims at instilling the Quran in people by interpreting the verses of Quran and reciting it. The head of the Quran House Haj Rasool Alwan said, "It is for reciting a complete chapter of Noble Quran in a month.
