City of Pilgrims receives Arab delegations

The in-charge of the City of Pilgrims Mr. Abdul Ameer Taha stated that the City of Pilgrims received more than sixty delegations from inside and outside of Iraq during the last two weeks. The delegations included college, kindergarten students, and teams, in addition to Iraqi families that usually come to perform pilgrimage to Imam Hussein (p.b.u.h) especially on special occasions such as the remembrance of the martyrdom of Fatimatul Zehra' (p.b.u.h) currently. In the next days, it will receive so many delegations from Lebanon, EL-Kefeel Scout Division numbered 4000 ones; in addition to delegations periodically arrive from the European and Arab countries. The city also ensures various services to the pilgrims such as accommodation, meals, medicine in addition to a laundry and some other convenience.By: Mohammed Jasim
