Mr. Mohammed Hasan Kadhum, the head of the Architectural Project Department of the Imam Hussein holy shrine stated the implementation of Imam Hussein cultural library in Soaira City which belongs to Kut province. It's one of the projects for promulgating the Islamic culture and Husseinian intellect in order to create an aware and educated society. The library consisted of a library for female and for male, in addition to religious school, parking lot and some other services. It's fully air-conditioned and provided with the modern devices.
