Sayed EL-Safy calls upon the candidates to adhere to the electoral regulations without giving promises not fulfilled

Mar 1, 2013, Second part of the Friday sermon held in the Imam Hussein holy shrine, the representative of the supreme religious authority and the preacher of the Friday sermon in Kerbala city, his Eminence Sayed Ahmed EL-Safy said, “In the light of the coming election towards building our country, we hope that we will develop our country starting with our city. The main budget has to be dealt with rationally according to the actuality and needs of our country.“His eminence also sad, “There are three matters I’d like to shed light upon:1. Each entity has the right to submit whatever they like to within the public interest, and we have no justification to call into question.2. We recommend the candidates to not promise the people what they can’t fulfill.3. Each candidate has to be obligated to the clauses legislated within the constitution without wasting any time.We call upon all parliaments to cooperate with the people because they are waiting for solutions laid out by them for the current crises.
