Feb/22/2013. Second part of the Friday sermon held in the Imam Hussein holy shrine, the representative of the supreme religious authority and the preacher of Friday sermon in Kerbala city his Eminence Shaikh Abdul Mahdy EL-Kerbalai stated that the political blocs authorities whom raise attention slogans for the unity of Iraqi people must be responsible for anything they raise regardless of whom raises whether they are blocks, parties or even scholars. His eminence said that the supreme religious authority previously stated that weapons have to be in the possession of the security forces, and in this term; serious procedures have to be taken. The second part of the sermon, his Eminence mentioned the delay of voting for the general budget in which it might cause postponement for the service, health and educational projects in addition to ensuring job opportunities for the unemployed. The third part of the sermon, his Eminence emphasized the necessity of enacting a statute for social security which takes care of the widows, divorced women, orphans, handicaps, ills and old people because it represents a great trait and element for the country.
