His Eminence also mentioned the critical statistical number of the unemployed and those who change their job every so often. This phenomenon occurs because of not utilizing the capacities and qualifications of the young in all the organizations of the government. So, the government should take care of the institute and college graduates and even the people with special skills; those who nowadays suffer from anxieties and are being through psychological strains which might expose them to be exploited by malicious ones. Iraq is a rich country with natural resources, and it's worthy to utilize these efforts and scientific qualifications in order to build the country instead of having a brain drain. His Eminence called the governmental organizations for activating the great investment projects whether they concern the agriculture or industry in which they open many opportunities of jobs if they are activated. He also said that, "A law for investment must be legislated which helps a great class of the society. The government has to have a policy to bring up the country to the most possible level". He also ascribed what the country is being through aggravated economic problems to problems in legislating laws, and problems in the party, categorical and disputing aspects which never lead to the benefit of Iraqi people. He also held the political blocs responsible for the lag of achieving projects. By: Mohammed Jassim
