The Secretariat-General of the Imam Hussein holy shrine always pursues to offer the best services that suit the pilgrims of Imam Hussein (p.b.u.h) through its distinct projects that keep pace with the current development in the first world. Some of important projects are the City of pilgrims, expanding the holy shrine of Imam Hussein (p.b.u.h), hospitals, lavatories, and the enough availability of vehicles to transport pilgrims rather than the other projects. The projects now paying off to the pilgrims, after the pilgrim used to suffer from the lack of services and convenient places after they walk for a very long distance on foot; the project of expanding the holy shrine of Imam Hussein (p.b.u.h) came to ensure large areas with developed architectural specifications that generate a spiritual ambience to the holiness of the sanctuary for resting and worshipping.
