Within the activities that the Imam Hussein holy shrine takes care of on the Fortieth pilgrimage by offering services, and educational and religious programs; the human resources of the Imam Hussein holy shrine established the (compact & covenant campaign) which aims at utilizing the efforts of pilgrims coming to commemorate the Fortieth pilgrimage of Imam Hussein (p.b.u.h). The idea of the project is that a pilgrim undertakes the humanitarian and moral principles and values. Three issues that each pilgrim should undertake all of them or some of them, and they are: First covenant is reciting ten verses of Noble Quran every day, then they proceed doing that, second covenant is that a pilgrim undertakes keeping the beauty and cleanness of city of Imam Hussein (p.b.u.h) Kerbala, and the third covenant is that a pilgrim undertakes not to accept any corruption because it is the basis of corruption in the society. It's been mentioned that there are three centers in three various areas such as the city of pilgrims located on Babylon-Kerbala road, and the other city is located on Najaf-Kerbala road, also, there are two centers in EL-Shuhada street close to the Imam Hussein holy shrine.
