Preparing for the Fortieth pilgrimage of Imam Hussein (p.b.u.h), the Outdoor Service Department persists to prepare for serving pilgrims coming to Kerbala city, and about this respect; we had an interview with Mr. Abbas Abo Degga, the head of the Outdoor Service Department in which he said, "Complying with the instructions given by the Secretariat-General of the Imam Hussein holy shrine, movable lavatories have been spread over three entries, the first one is Najaf-Kerbala road in which it starts from power post (932) which represents the start point of serving pilgrims. He also mentioned that there was a request from the Imam Ali holy shrine to supply them with lavatories. They have practically been supplied with six movable lavatories". He said further that, "The second entry is Tweareej town in which we started serving pilgrims all the way to Kerbala city. But for Baghdad-Kerbala road; we started serving from check point (54). Also, it's been coordinated with Kerbala Governorate to emplace lavatories and install tents for temporarily housing pilgrims inside the garages recently designated". Also, mentioned that, "we have many movable lavatories that have been maintained and equipped with the necessary equipment in order to have them ready for use 24 hours".
