1. Time consumed while walking should be used in reforming and bringing up the self and behaviorism, whether the person walking is in power or of the common people. 2. Learning law and arrangements from the noble life of Imam Hussein (p.b.u.h), because his chaste life and striving movement are two aware and arranged elements. Applying law and arrangements should be done during walking on foot on the Fortieth pilgrimage by keeping private and public properties well, and being commonly responsible for arranging the Fortieth pilgrimage. 3. Pilgrims should be cautious of possible terrorist groups Lurking in the bushes. So, we recommend them not to worry about that, and urge them to be cooperative with the security systems. 4.
