Within the plan of raising (Oh Hussein) Banner at certain places which is implemented by the Youth Care Center of the Imam Hussein holy shrine media department. Raising the Banner was done according to certain rituals, and attended by a delegation from the Imam Hussein holy shrine, a great number of college students and masters. By: Mohammed Jassim
