In the presence of the head of the Shiite entailment bureau Mr. Salih EL-Haidary, and the secretary-general of the Imam Hussein holy shrine; the General secretariat of the Imam Hussein holy shrine inaugurated the city of pilgrims located on Babylon-Kerbala' road. This amazing architectural masterwork amazes whoever looks at it by its design and accurate achievement. The reception has witnessed many political and religious figures, in addition to flocks of people. All attendees praised the personnel for their great efforts. The deputy Secretary-General of the Imam Hussein holy shrine stated that the period of achieving the city was three years; in three stages, and the city is open on the millionth pilgrimages for serving and housing pilgrims whom are coming from outside of Iraq.
