Warith Al-Anbiyaa (peace be upon him) University, affiliated with the Imam Hussain Holy Shrine, received a delegation from the Ministry of Environment along with several directors to inspect the university's environmental conditions, evaluate its compliance with environmental terms and standards, and learn about its academic and research endeavors as well as its projects.
In a statement to the official website, the President of the University, Dr. Ibrahim Said Al-Hayawi, stated that "Warith Al-Anbiyaa (peace be upon him) University, affiliated with the Imam Hussain Holy Shrine, received a delegation from the Ministry of Environment and several directors to inspect the environmental reality of the university and the extent of its compliance with environmental conditions and standards, in addition to learning about its academic and research status and projects."
He explained that "the visit included a field tour of several university facilities, alongside an introductory presentation delivered to the ministerial delegation that highlighted the university, its colleges, departments, students, and academic programs, enabling the delegation to form a comprehensive picture of its academic reality."
He added that "the tour also encompassed several facilities belonging to the Imam Hussain Holy Shrine, including the Fadak Farm, as well as an overview of the university's research standing," noting that the purpose of the visit extends beyond environmental inspection to encompass boosting academic cooperation and joint coordination with governmental and educational institutions.
He pointed out that "Warith Al-Anbiyaa (peace be upon him) University views state institutions and academic entities through an integrative lens, striving to establish collaborative relationships and joint coordination with them to benefit the university and support the ongoing march of scientific and academic progress."
