Imam Hussain Specialized Medical Complex Attracts Elite Specialist Doctors at Nominal Fees to Ease Citizens' Burdens

The Imam Hussain Medical Complex, affiliated with the Supreme Religious Authority's representative office and supervised by the Imam Hussain Holy Shrine, has announced the recruitment of a group of specialists across various medical fields to provide their services to patients for a nominal fee of just (6) thousand dinars, as part of its ongoing efforts to deliver healthcare and alleviate the financial burdens on patients.

The Administrative Director overseeing the complex, Abbas Abdul Ali, stated in an interview with the "Official Website" that "the initiative's first phase included the recruitment of (10) physicians from the Safeer Al-Imam Hussain Surgical Hospital, who hold advanced specialized degrees in multiple fields, including general surgery, urology, and ear, nose, and throat surgery," noting that "the doctors have dedicated part of their time to providing medical services within the complex."

He added that "the complex enjoys the support of the representative of the Supreme Religious Authority, Sheikh Abdul Mahdi Al-Karbalai, and aims to make medical services accessible to citizens at reduced fees, thereby easing the burden of visiting private clinics."

He pointed out that "the complex includes other medical specialties, such as pediatrics and ophthalmology, in addition to specialized and supporting examinations," emphasizing that "work is ongoing to attract further specialist doctors during upcoming phases, contributing to the expansion of services provided to patients."

It is worth noting that these services are available to all patients without exception or discrimination, within the framework of the Imam Hussain Holy Shrine's approach aimed at supporting the health sector and providing medical care to citizens in holy Karbala and various Iraqi governorates.
