The Ambassador of the Republic of Austria to Iraq, Andrea Nasi, stated that the Imam Hussain Holy Shrine presents a distinguished model in humanitarian work, particularly in the medical and service sectors. His remarks came during his visit to the shrine.
In a statement to the official website, the Ambassador of the Republic of Austria to Iraq said, “My visit to Karbala is the first,” noting that “during the visit, I observed the significant development taking place in the city, especially in the field of service and humanitarian projects implemented by the Imam Hussain Holy Shrine across various sectors.”
He explained that “the Imam Hussain Holy Shrine offers a distinguished model in humanitarian work, particularly in the medical and service fields,” pointing out that “what sets it apart is its dedication of all its capabilities to serving the community at a high level of professionalism, which enhances opportunities for future cooperation and the exchange of expertise.”
He added, “During my meeting with the administration of the Imam Hussain Holy Shrine, I listened to a detailed presentation on the projects that have been implemented. They were greatly impressive to me due to their high quality and advanced level of organization. They reflect advanced expertise and a clear institutional vision aimed primarily at serving humanity.”
It is worth noting that the Imam Hussain Holy Shrine carries out a broad range of health, educational, social, and service projects aimed at supporting the service sector in Iraq, in line with its vision to provide the best humanitarian services in accordance with the latest international standards.
