Imam Hussain Medical Complex Launches Discount Initiative on Anniversary of Imam Musa ibn Ja‘far’s Martyrdom

On the occasion of the anniversary of the martyrdom of Imam Musa ibn Ja‘far (peace be upon him) on the twenty-fifth of Rajab, the Imam Hussain Specialized Medical Complex, affiliated with the Health and Medical Education Authority at the Imam Hussain Holy Shrine, announced the launch of a discount initiative on Thursday, 15 January 2026. The initiative includes a number of medical services and examinations and comes as part of the complex’s ongoing efforts to enhance healthcare and serve the community.

In a statement obtained by the official website, the complex said, “The Imam Hussain Specialized Medical Complex, affiliated with the Health and Medical Education Authority at the Imam Hussain Holy Shrine, announces the launch of a discount initiative on Thursday, 15 January 2026, covering a number of medical services and examinations,” noting that “the initiative coincides with the anniversary of the martyrdom of Imam Musa ibn Ja‘far (peace be upon him) on the twenty-fifth of Rajab.”

It explained that “the initiative includes discounts on examinations and services at the ophthalmology clinic, computerized vision testing, supporting eye examinations, internal medicine clinic, gynecology clinic, ear, nose and throat clinic, and the nursing clinic.”

The statement added that “the initiative also includes special discounts on laboratory tests and the sale of eyeglasses (medical spectacles).”

This initiative comes within the framework of the Imam Hussain Holy Shrine’s commitment to commemorating religious occasions, particularly the births and deaths of the Ahl al-Bayt (peace be upon them), through service-oriented and humanitarian initiatives that embody its approach of linking faith-based values with community service. It also underscores the continued efforts of its health institutions to provide the best medical services to citizens, contributing to the enhancement of healthcare and the support of various segments of society.
